Laborde wins bronze in Tashkent



USA's Maria Celia Laborde got a bye for her first round. She defeated Ulbusin Kahkimova (UZB) with a drop sode for yuko in Golden Score. She lost her quarterfinal match against Francesca Milani (ITA) who threw her with osoto-gari for yuko in Golden Score. Then, she threw Shafag Hamidova (AZE) with a drop sleeve seoi for yuko, to win her repechage match. For the bronze medal, she won by penalties in Golden Score.
