Maisuradze wins gold in Sarajevo




European Open tournaments are not the same level as IJF Grand Slams and Grand Prix but occasionally top champions do take part in it. Perhaps just to prepare for a bigger tournament. Recently, in the Sarajevo European Open, former World Champion Luka Maisuradze (GEO) participated and won the -90kg division. In typical fashion, he used a variety of unorthodox techniques to win his gold. Here are some highlights from his matches.
