The New Year Has Arrived
Now that the New Year has arrived, all eyes are on Paris, with the anticipation of the 2024 Olympic Games in July growing larger and larger. The American Judo System is happy to have hosted many tournaments, live sessions, and training camps across the United States in 2023. Check out what the American Judo System will be doing to kick off the new year down below!

American Judo & Sensei Parnel Legros have teamed up to provide the best tournament experience possible with the 2024 Starrett Cup Judo Tournament on January 14th in Brooklyn, NY! This will be the sole American Judo hosted tournament this January, don’t miss out!
At the beginning of February, the American Judo System will be hosting its first ever Kids Academy Workshop with Steve Cohen! The American Judo Kids Academy is a dynamic and nurturing Judo program designed exclusively for young athletes aged 10 and under and their coaches/instructors. Our workshop is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where children and coaches can explore the art of Judo while developing important life skills that will translate to on and off-the-mat success. With a strong focus on skill development, learning, and drilling, our program is perfect for young judoka and coaches looking to advance their Judo abilities. This event will be hosted at Chu To Bu Brasa Judo, in Avon, Ohio!

Jimmy Pedro is back to provide you with the first Live Session of 2024! His live session is exclusive to American Judo Members and will be hosted this Saturday, January 13th at 10:00am EST. Be on the lookout for the invitation email with the link to join!
Steve Cohen will host his exclusive Coaches Only Live Session on Sunday, January 21st at 12:00pm EST. Steve will continue to bring tons of new film to review the techniques, tactics, and strategies of the best judoka in the world! We can’t wait to see you there!
Coffee and Judo with Steve Cohen and Travis Stevens will take place on Sunday, January 28th at 12:00pm EST. Their live session is open to the public, spread the word and come prepared to pick their brain for uncovering the secrets of judo! We’ll see you there!
