Mittersill Training Camp Wrap Up

Mittersill Training Camp Wrap Up

Every year, hundreds of the World Judo Tour's best judoka gather in Mittersill, Austria for the Mittersill EJU OTC Training Camp. This event is a must go at the beginning of the new year for all Judoka looking to stay at the top of their game as well as the rising stars hungry and ready to make a name for themselves.

Judoka meet here for a week of  highload training, fighting, and living together to help them get back up to speed after the end of the previous season. Every judoka in attendance gets valuable minutes of randori, training guidance and volume, and most important of all the sharing of  judo knowledge.

Olympic champions, world champions, high grade coaches and even members of the IJF Referee Commission were in attendance. Informal meetings between coaches are plentiful at the Austrian camp.

As the 2023 Mittersill Camp comes to a close, that means the Paris Grand Slam is right around the corner with the camp acting as perfect preparation.
